And, click your name (at the top of this post, or upper left of the screen). You have replies from the last time you asked this question. It's a fast moving board, and only 50 questions at a time can be on the front page, but yours is still there, and that's the easiest way to find it.

Kinsale - I have stayed at the Rivermount, very well run, beautiful home. http://www.rivermount.com You are going to love Kinsale. I wished I had more time when we were in this region last trip.

We loved the Pembroke Townhouse in Dublin. It is within walking distance, and it is very reasonable and very nice!
We got a rate of $111 US per night! Parking was free, but it was somewhat difficult to find in the car.
We stayed in Barr Na Sraide in Dingle. They have off-street parking, great breakfast, hair dryers!!, laundry facilities. 35 Euro per person sharing when we were there. It feels more like a hotel than a B&B, but that was fine with us.

I stayed at Sceilig House in Kinsale and it was a great location. Try to get the room underthe breakfast room - it has a patio with a wrought iron table and chairs and you can klook across the bay to Fort Charles as well as into town. It is about 50 yard up the hill from the spainard pub and man friday restaurant - also about 10 minute walk to town - downside if this matters to you is room was small and hostess not chatty - however room was clean abd food was good and price was right.
At ding I stayed at Dunroman House however it is 4 miles outside town if that is a concern - place was berautiful, hostess was wonderful and food was good along with price being right

We just stayed 2 nights in Kilcaw House in Kinsale. It's on the N600, just a bit too far out of town to walk, but the hosts, Christina and Henry, were very friendly. It was a clean and comfy stay for us and we would definitely stay there again. (You could have kippers for breakfast if they appeal to you. I tried them and found they don't appeal to me.)

The best thing I can suggest is to find ones that have a shamrock symbol because this means they are approved by the travel bureau there, or something like that.
