They are all going to be about the same. This is a small population in the area and I would just check on-line. I cannot remember where I stayed but it was near the ferry drop off and the area has a few pubs and restaurants. This is what i found on Google!
Enjoy

We stayed at "An Crugan" and it was perfectly comfortable. We walked to town from there. We passed a pub on the way back that had music, almost all locals. It should be pretty quiet at that time of year. Here is the website for the B&B.

I can highly recommend the Man of Aran on Inishmore. It is isolated and beautiful with a very few rooms, and the host couple is accommodating and friendly. Maura is a native of the island, not to mention a professional chef.
It's been more than three years since my visit and I still dream about the place.
Can't wait to go back one day so the waves can lull me to sleep and hoofbeats can wake me up. Bliss, I say, bliss.
