B&B Amsterdam recommendations

This is my first posting online, so please forgive any faux pas.
After reading the hostile responses to some posts, I am a bit reluctant to ask these questsions, but here goes:

My sister, daughter in law and I will be in Amsterdam April 26-May 1; we prefer to stay in B&B, something centrally located. Any suggestions?
Also, is anyone familiar with letsgo bike trips to the tulip fields?

Maes B & B gets good reviews on Tripadvisor. Here is their website: http://www.bedandbreakfastamsterdam.com/.

I assume you know that April 30 is Queen's Day, the biggest one-day party in Holland, and one of the best in Europe.

I found the Hotel Residence le Coin from a Conde Nast Traveler article. It's not technically a B&B, but is comprised of several canal houses, rooms are en suite and include a kitchenette. It's in the heart of old Amsterdam, but not too close to Dam Square or other super busy places. Good rates and very responsive via e-mail.
