Artist's house/Hotel Jacobs, Bruges?

Hey folks...We'll be in Bruges in July and need help choosing a hotel.
I've tried doing a search on here for hotels in Bruges but just can't seem to come up with much. I did see that the Artist's house (Number 11) was recommended on some other travel sites. The Hotel Jacobs is quoting us a rate of 82Euro per night- which sounds pretty good to me for a double room but I'm not so sure about the location. Of these two hotels, which is in the better location in terms of metro stops and things to see and do?

Any other hotel recommendations?
Thanks a bunch!

First of all, you won't find any metro stops in Brugge. Brugge is a very small city, easily walkable.
Hotel Jacobs is at max. 10 min. walk from the Market Square.
Number 11 is a bit closer.

Brugge train station to the city centre is about 15/20 min. walk. There's a busstop in front of the station where there are a number of buses that will take you to the Market Square (Belfry). Don't know which numbers though.

Location of the Egmond is the most romantic, right at the Minnewater (lake) and around the corner from the beguinage. Walk to the Market Square is abt. 20 min. It's only a few min. walk to the train station.

Thanks a lot Myriam.
I've seen some good reviews for Egmond's location, but can't seem to find much on room size etc.
Do you know anything about the other two? Location? Would appreciate it.
