She was great; picking you up at the station is excellent; then you won't need to deal with meeting up with her and finding the place. She's a very chic, interesting lady. Did you check out the website? I think it's a real bargain. You are better off without a car for your town days IMO -- you'd have to park away from the center in one of the lots (as I recall she led us to a lot to park. I wish I'd taken advantage of her knowledge and asked about good places to eat; we just wandered and found something--was ok but probably could have done better with her guidance.

Stepsbeyond: Just saw this post with your question. Sorry, but I have been planning our trip to the Benelux countries for June! We flew into Florence and rented our car there. It was really nice to have to drive around Tuscany. However, when we wanted to go father afield, we took the train. Do not drive in Florence! So if you wanted you could take the train from Florence to Arezzo and rent your car there. I was just worried about getting back to the airport in Florence for our flight home. Have fun!!!
