appartment rental paris

Has anyone rented through "Homelidays" holiday rental? Any information on their reputation?

Try slowtrav website too. I got their website from them. I went with another apt. due to budget issue but was very interested in one of the apartments and got prompt reply back from owner.

I don't think there is anything special about renting with them, as a private owner myself I put an ad for Dijon and I saw no difference with other websites which provides rental addresses.it is not a proper agency that checks properties, so there is no security at all. you just have to trust the owner, they have no responsibilty about your rental if it doesn't meet your requirements. for me it is just like ads you find in the newspaper, with more pictures! the only thing is that tenants can put a review on the ad, if they stayed there. and I'm always glad to be able to put a link towards my website.(some of them like holidaylets.net don't authorize links.
good luck!

Thanks you We will surely check out slowtrav. This is our first time renting. Always stayed at hotels but with a 4 year old we are thinking that renting might be more practical.
