Apartment location - Lisbon

I have found an airbnb that looks perfect for us - hoping this is a good location. I see that it is in a "lively" part of the city, but the reviews are very good, saying that there is a balcony with a view of the sea - and that the windows are double glazed to block out the sound in the evenings. There appear to be two tram stops close by. We have extended our time in Lisbon to five nights (sixth night will be an airport hotel). What do you think? - Maribel, I hope you will weigh in on this.

Rua da Prata 54, 1100-150 Lisboa, Portugal

Have you used the little walking man in Google Maps? It is a street with a bus line on it on the third block up from the very busy Praça do Comércio? Have you seen photos of the balcony view?

Hotel rooms are not especially pricy in Lisbon, there isn't any need to deal with an Airbnb unless you want to do housework on your holiday.

Actually, this two-bedroom airbnb will cost about a third of what a moderately priced hotel room in the city center would cost. And, yes, I do know how to use google maps, but this is the first time I will be in Lisbon, so I am not familiar with the city attractions, neighborhoods, steep or not steep streets, etc. And as far as doing "housework" on my holiday, I prefer to get up in the morning and have coffee - and breakfast - in a separate room from where I have been sleeping, without having to dress and go out. I did see a view from the balcony - and it's a river view at the end of the street (not a sea view as I said initially). We won't stay in the apartment all day, nor will we have most, if any, of our meals there, other than breakfasts ... but this will be at the end of a five-week road trip, and having a kitchen and a washing machine will be a good thing.
