Anyone used Rental in Rome?

Last minute change in our July travel plans so we're looking at places to stay a little late in the game. Found an apartment in Rome for our family of 4 through Rental in Rome. http://www.rentalinrome.com/campodef...rogioapartment
Has anyone stayed there before or used this agency? Was also looking at Airbnb and found a couple of places in Trastevere. Anyone with experience booking through both Airbnb versus an agency and preferred one over the other? Thanks.

I've used rentalinrome.com three times; once for clients and once for myself.

Our first rental was great and I then used that apartment and one with same owner for two clients, same booking. They said the bathroom wasn't clean, which surprised me. If I would have been there, I would have called the agency and asked for a bathroom cleaning.

I used them for a second apartment for us, a few years later, and although the actual apartment had a very dumpy bathroom, it was OK and in a most elegant building in a fabulous location. They no longer list that apartment, but it really wasn't bad. It did need a bathroom upgrade.

I like rentalinrome.com because of their low prices and ease of sorting through apartments on their website. I very well may rent from them again.

A friend and I stayed in this apartment in Nov. 2013 and loved it. This was my second visit to Rome and her first.

Great location, pictures are very accurate. Owners were very responsive, speak English very well and own the tratorria on the corner so they are always nearby. We never did figure out the washing machine, but that was the only drawback. The bathrooms were clean, the rooms were good-size, the kitchen was well-equipped. It's just a few blocks from Piazza Navona, a few blocks to Castel Sant'Angelo. There's a bus stop at the end of the "vicolo", and a grocery store a block or so away. Great place and Great price!

I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Yes, I used them several years ago. We had good service and the apartment we chose was lovely.

We're renting from them for next month, so these reviews are reassuring!
