Anyone used "Leading Hotels of the World?"

Folks,
Looking for help! My sister & I are interested in staying at the Luna Balinoni in Venice. V. expensive. We did some googling and found a site called "Leading Hotels of the World," where they offer prices that are slightly reduced. Has anyone used them ? Would be grateful for any feedback, good or bad?
Many thanks
Susan

They've been for a very long time, at least 20 years if not more. They represent luxury properties all around the world and those properties have to be pretty good standard to be accepted by LHW.

Twice, once in Thailand and once in Canary Islands. I have nothing negative to say.

I've booked through them before. It's like any other booking site. I had no problems with them, and wouldn't hesitate to book through them again. It's like Odin mentioned, they have to be of a certain standard to be included in LHW. You won't be disappointed.

We used them to book a hotel in Vienna (the Grand). Sometimes they offer specials not found on other booking sites--for example, by booking with them for our December dates, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to deluxe room with full breakfast.

At other times, the rates they offered were no better than we found on other sites.

Luna Baglioni is also a member of Virtuoso, and you would receive contracted discounted rates and a number of amenities when booking through Virtuoso:

Upgrade on arrival, subject to availability
Daily American Breakfast for up to two in-room guests
Welcome gift in room upon arrival
Welcome cocktail at Caffe Baglioni
