When booking our trip for 2001- Italy,
the travel agent we dealt with used this hotel whenever she was in Rome.
She liked it alot.

We did not stay there
(had an apt. and also Del Senato)
but did pass it.
It is on a VERY busy avenue, and the bus stop is almost in front of it.

sorry, that's all I can contribute.

Have just returned from a holiday in Rome and stayed at the Tiziano. THe location is fantastic, however the hotel was in process of being renovated and the lift was overtaken by workmen, which was a problem when it came to checking out and getting suitcases down.
My kids had a lovely triple room on the lst floor, I had a twin on the 2nd, which was pretty basic. Breakfast was not great and the reception staff not overly helpful when I had a few problems. Overall, I think that I could have done better. The pictures on the web site are quite misleading!
We stayed there and had a great experience as did my daughter & son-in-law who went 2 months after us. It is a great location. Rooms in front can have some noise. We all found Paolo and the entire staff exceptional and will stay there again. I highly recommend it.
STAYED THERE EASTER 1 YEAR AGO. OUR ROOM ON THE THIRD FLOOR WAS OK -VERY HIGH CEILING -NON PROFESSIONAL REMODEL FROM WHAT ONCE WAS A VERY FANCY HOME(?).VERY NOISY BUT WONDERFULLY LOCATED.ENJOYED THE BREAKFASTS.THERE ARE BETTER/CLOSER.-FRED
