anyone received a free guide book as a gift for their writing

I was quoted several times years ago but was not sent free guidebooks.

This spring, however, I got 4 guides for being quoted 4 times. Used them for a trip into the USA and kept my promise to write a trip report.

I understand that the guidebooks are promised at the beginning of the year and therefore we get our free copies shortly afterwards.

Zeppole: Yes. I opened my (complimentary) Italy 2010 guide for the first time last week to read about Sardinia. Incredible!
