We will be there from March 19 for a month and would be happy to try and get together. We won't have a computer with us, but we might have a phone number. We're staying in someone's apartment in the 11th for a house swap--so I don't know yet about the phone. I can check our email from a cafe though. Keep me posted, please.

I'll be following this thread with interest to see when and if the GTG takes place.

Sounds like a FGT is forming, We will be staying at Hotel Mayfair. We will be arriving March 21st also.

a few years ago my husband and i attended a FTG at Le Derniere Goutte, a wine store in the 6th. they hold tastings on saturday. some people went to dinner afterwards. once the shop manager found out why we were there, she brought out champagne!

I like the idea of Le Derniere Goutte, except we will be in Champagne on Sat. So if we want to meet for a tasting on March 22nd in the afternoon I would be up for that.

pjsparlor: The 22nd works for us at Le Derniere Goutte. Also open to whatever else comes up. We had a wonderful get together with the Lisbon Dining Club last May, so I know these get togethers can be great.

i believe the tastings at le derniere goutte are only on saturday.

we arrive the morning of the 22nd, so would possibly be up for a late afternoon apertif. it will be an early night for us!
