Anyone familiar with p-airbus' service?

I recently booked a flight with wizzair and added on a shuttle service to and from the hotel, the company responsible for it is called p-airbus. I went to check where i could type the address in of the hotel we are staying at however, there was nothing for it. All it asks is the place you are flying from. So i wanted to know if anyone has previously used this service and if they take you to an address to tell them once arriving, or if you have to somehow add the address through the website? Any help would be appreciated as the reviews on trip advisor were not too promising.

Welcome to the forums. You have mentioned what country/city or which airport. That makes quite a big difference - in many places, public transport is so easy there is no need for a private shuttle. But in any case -- where are you flying in to??

Belgrade is one of those destinations where public transport is a tad bit more complicated. With that having been said, I am not familiar with the service you booked with. It does not have very good reviews on Trip Advisor.

It's a service offered through WizzAir when you book, it gives the option for shuttle transport but it never tells you what company fufills it so i had no clue about the ratings untill after i bought the tickets. I'm hoping that its not as bad as the reviews say, though more recently they have been getting slightly better. I will also post an update on how it goes however that will be in mid October. Fingers crossed it goes well 🤞

OOPS -- Sorry. My post should have said "You have not mentioned what country/city or which airport." -- but you cleared that up.

OP, it might be worth checking in with the service a few days or so before your arrival to re-confirm with your flight details.

Good luck. Enjoy Belgrade, it's a fascinating city.
