Amsterdam Public Transportation
Hello. We'll be spending three days in Amsterdam, staying about a 10-min walk from Centraal Station. During the 3 days we have tix for Anne Frank Museum, a canal cruise, and plan to visit some markets, rent bikes, and visit Zaanse Schans. We currently don't plan on any other museums on this trip.
Given this type of itinerary, what recommendations do you have for transit passes? I've been searching online and getting a lot of different answers. Appreciate any help or clarification!

Inside the city for trams and busses, we just used Applepay on our phones, so that or the Android version should work for you. You can also tap a credit card. We stayed roughly on the west side of the inner rings, so Anne Frank haus and the canal cruise were walking distance. Otherwise there's an app for the national rail service:

It's a great city; have fun!

Zaanse Schans is a train ticket, but with NS too, you can just tap in (and out!) with your CC
Canal cruises and rental bikes are private companies, that you usually pay by card.
