Anyone else try to watch the terrible Joan Cusack in Paris show?

I'll watch almost anything having to do with Paris, but she was SO stiff and so clearly reading from a script, that I changed channels after 5 minutes. Anyone suffer through more of it? Did it get better?

I only watched some of it also. She just seemed VERY uncomfortable and it made ME uncomfortable. She went to the same bread and sandwhich store that Ina Garten did. Paulaine? She also didn't even say merci...she DID say thank you but gee, I think EVERYONE knows merci, ya think? Too bad, I thought it was going to be fun.

Aren't "terrible" and "Joan Cusack show" redundant?

I had it on for about 25 minutes, but after the first 5-10, I couldn't bear it either and it just became background noise.
Who would have ever thought that a travel program on the delights of Parisian gastronomie could be so awful???

At the very least, they could teach these television guides the correct pronouciation of the places they are visiting. She did, however, pronounce Dalloyau much better than I can [after many years of French]!

It was sad - but it was very late at night and better than other options.

I really thought this show would be good but unfortunaly it is pretty sad. I watched the whole hoping it will get better. She keeps trying to be a comedian. Maybe the next show would be better
