any good web sites for "local" information?
I will be travelling to Rome/Florence/Tuscan countryside with my mother for her birthday from end of April through mid-May this year. Does anyone know any good web sites that give (in english) good information regarding "local" events, festivals, exhibits, etc. that most tourists would not normally know about? Or go on to www.google.com and type in the name of the town/village you are interested in and you should see websites that give you information.
