Any budget accomodations in Florence?

Can anyone suggest me some budget accomodations in Florence less than 100 Euro/night for a double room?

Thank you

Here is one recent thread with lots of suggestions to get you started.

To find many, many others, type "florence AND budget AND hotel" into the text box at teh top of this page.

Because rates vary by season, some of these hotels may be a little above your budget, depending on when you're traveling.

A great tool is the website www.venere.com Type in your city and dates, and it will spit out hotels and the cost for your entire stay. Also has guest feedback.

I just stayed at the Hotel Caravaggio in Florence, about 10 days ago. it was 90 Euros for a triple room, double should be less, depends on date. It was fine. It was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom okay except no shower enclosure. It was totally redone in November. It is about 4 blocks from the train station. The area is okay. You can walk to anyplace from there. It was not charming, but it was quiet and a good place to sleep. Hope this helps.

Ganesansgi: We just booked a double room in B&B Peterson for May 1st, the cost is $62E/night, no breakfast.
Try there, I think it was a woman how email me and she was very helpful with me trying to find what will open on May 1st in Florence.
When is your trip?? I could give a feedback as soon as I come back, but Ira has good reviews about the B&B in this forum.

My brother and I stayed at the Park Palace for 88 euro (twin beds, fairly nice size room, bathroom with 2 sinks, breakfast - minimal - included. Only 26 rooms, high ceilings, antique filled lounge -- but is in residential section x the river - but with bus stop right out front. It was interesting to stay in an area tourists really don't visit - but a pain to go back out for dinner after coming back late afternoon to rest. Other than than, nice hotel, very quiet.
