we are sending our parents to paris for their 40th anniversary. we are looking for a reasonable hotel (not very pricy) that is centrally located (the best of both worlds). any suggestions?

Everyone's been talking about Parisian hotels, lately, it seems. Luckily most posts are fairly descriptive about why they liked or disliked the hotels in question. You'll also have to tell what price range you consider "reasonable" to elicit specific responses.

I've only been to Paris once but a friend chose this hotel for us that he'd stayed at before. It was very sweet in the Latin Quarter near the Sorbonne. A 3-star I believe about 145 Euro a night.
