Amsterdam for 4 days

Amsterdam for 4 days
Myself and my partner are going to Amsterdam for 4 days at the tail end of March. Can anyone recommend any things we should definitely see/do or places we can't miss out on?

My favorite things (besides just walking around the city) were the Tropenmuseum and the Sex Museum in the Red Light District. I also saw some amazing street performers (fire dancers) in the evening in Leidseplein.
One thing I didn't do, but would next time, is one of the canal cruises.
