OK, so anyone who dislikes Rob and Amber is gay? So what? Got a point there, makemyday, or are you just trying to get this thread deleted?

Didn't mean to make that generalization. Sorry to hurt your feelings Keith and Marilyn.

It just seem that the way TAR7 is edited, it's only the ones with alternative lifestyles that's doing the complaining.

Actually, Amber went on quite a bit about seeing the look on the faces of everyone on the plane when she and Rob managed to make the flight. Her implication was quite clear: everyone on the plane dislikes them. And who was it who said if anyone else had made that flight they would have gotten a round of applause?

ou can't make that assumption regarding Amber's comments about "the looks on their faces". Anybody, regardless of likes or dislikes, would be totally surprised if they make that flight considering how behind they were from the start of the leg.

I don't think it was "surprise" that Amber was referring to.

I agree with Marilyn that none of the others like R & A. They disliked/detested/hated them from the very beginning, but their anger might be better directed to the producers who wanted R & A on their show. I also agree that, the way the show is edited, the gay guys are much, much more vocal about their dislike than anyone else.

JamesA - Because they're doing two 1-hrs shows back-to-back. Must have something to do with TV scheduling. But I'd take back-to-backs then drawing out some of these episodes...

Maybe it's because of the college basketball stuff?

Let me be the first to ask whether anyone is still rooting for Rob and Amber after they were the ONLY team not to stop to see if help was needed after the car accident. I honestly don't care enough about them to "hate" them, but I do stand by my original opinion of them -- not very nice people and proud of it.

What an amazing ephisode! The scenery in South Africa was awesome. And what an exciting finish! Talk about what goes around comes around. Ray and Deana had just said they didn't want to help the older couple and prolong their agony. I guess, they spoke too soon. And I can't believe that Rob and Amber wouldn't stop at the accident scene, or at least slow down to see if everyone was OK. That says a lot about what kind of human beings they are. Can't wait to see next week's ephisode as well as more of Africa!!

Well, R & A are still in my top three, but it does seem as though Rob is beginning to revert to his horrible self. They ought to have at least slowed down and asked if they needed help. The older couple didn't stop or enquire either.

Amber proved beyond a doubt that she's useless.

I'm glad the brothers were not eliminated. I've liked them from the beginning.

It's getting more competitive all round now. The next new show should be fun, whenever that may be.

I believe that after the boyfriends stopped to see if help was needed, one of the brothers started waving everyone else on. But it seemed to me that everyone except R&A slowed down and asked if they needed help.

I can't stand the two homosexuals. Both are very obnoxious. I think most homosexuals would be ashamed of them, too. Though I've grown to like Rob, he and Amber have already won the big bucks so I can't root for them. The old woman annoys me so I can't root for the older couple. There's something I don't like about Ray so he's out. I guess I'll be rooting for the black couple, the POW/Beauty Queen (doesn't she have a pretty big back tire to be a Beauty Queen?) and the two brothers.

I'm happy, Ray is gone. From first place to gone in one evening...wow.

I'm glad the brothers survived the crash and beat Ray & what's-her-name.

My wife and I disagree about R&As non stopping for the acident. I figure that they were obviously already being assisted so there's no reason to stop. DW feels that they were callous for not stopping. It is hard to know what really happened with all the editing.

I wonder how many would have stopped for Rob & Amber? I'm betting that the two queers wouln't have.

Boy the older couple sure took a lickin' and kept on tickin'. They can't afford too many brain farts like leaving the cave without the clue...what was up with that?

Shane and Peterboy, you could both use some sensitivity training.

I also thought R&A could have at least slowed down, like every other team did, but I also feel that there was really no reason to stop. It was good of Lynn & Alex to stop, but they didn't actually lend any assistance. So glad the cameraman was OK in the end.

Apparently, R&A were racing towards a giant "ard v-dark" and Lynn and Alex were racing toward the Malalala Pans. I was also very tickled by the woman who helped Amber in the market and her enthusiasm at meeting Amber and Boston Rob!

So, if USA Survivor is shown around the world, could the USA show some of the foreign reality shows? I never realized reality shows were shown overseas.

Yes, it would have been nice if Rob and Amber had stopped and at least asked about the in the car wreck. And Phil did call them on it at the end. I'm sure Lynn and Alex were a help while waiting for the rescue crew. They might not have any medical training, but moral support, a shoulder to lean on, holding the blanket to shield the camera man from the sun were helpful.

I'm so glad Ray is gone. Useless, worthless complainer the whole time. Last night he actually had to perform a task instead of just telling Deana how bad she did. I wish I could have seen the CBS Morning Show to see if he could defend his actions. But I'm sure he found a way to blame Deana.

For the challenge in the market, I'm glad they found a way to use the products bought there.

Also glad to know Uchenna would give the shirt of his back to someone. He gave some of his clothes to Meredith and Gretchen after they had to give up everything at the end of the non-elimition round.

I thought it was kind of nervy for R&A to be mad that L&A wouldn’t share their cab. Haven’t R&A taken cabs that belonged to others, as well as played other dirty tricks (ie the bus doors, asking people not to help other teams).

Add me to the list of people who thought it was tacky that they wouldn’t even slow down to make sure everyone was all right. Game or not, that's just common decency.

Loved the new twist – lose your money and your luggage!

Not that it matters since they were eliminated anyway, but I thought contestants weren’t allowed to fly first or business class?
