Tinasvac,

I have seen the Onda Verde from the out side but not inside. It has a nice location, but it is not located as high on the cliffs as Tramonto D'Oro. My memory is that the view is great but away from Positano. I have stayed at the Tramonto D'Oro and the view is specatular towards the sea and towards Positano. The owners are wonderful and the roof top pool is fabulous. If you are going in the warm weather there is nothing better than having a drink and swim as you gaze at the views. Have a fabulous vacation.

It's a fairly small village with 2 gardens to visit, so IMO 1/2 day to a day, depending on whether you want to have lunch there or not, how early you want to set off, etc. It's easier to visit if you stay in Amalfi.
