amalfi Coast

Everybody has been so wonderful in their advise for my trip to the Amalfi Coast.
I have sent an email to a place recommended in Sorrento and hope they have a room.
I would also like to stay right on the Amalfi coast and could others who have stayed in Positano or another favorite towns tell me where your stayed. I can't pay any higher than 70.00 euro. The last three days would be 09/16 and 09/17 and leaving on Friday.
Thank you so much for any help again.

Positano and Amalfi are more expensive than Sorrento. Have you tried venere.com?

There's a hostel in Positano where you can get a private room for about that price, but you might be better off e-mailing a few hotels and asking about their prices. Tourism has been a bit down so you might get an offer cheaper than their web prices.

Hi G,

We liked www.lesirene.com in Praiano. There is Orange bus as well as SITA bus service to Positano.

www.residencedelduca.it in Amalfi is nice, and they might have something in your price range. There are many steps to climb, but that's the Amalfi towns. The location is great.

Did you get it for 70€? Their online rates seem double the rate you were wanting.
