I think among the funniest were the answers some time ago about getting a rash between the legs, and the remarks about the cattle hanging free, etc.

I vote that we continue to laugh. It'd be pretty dry without occasional chuckles.
Now, I want to know what happened to the woman who asked us how she could successfully pack 14 pairs of shoes for her trip to Europe. She said she could narrow it down to seven, finally? She didn't want to be seen by the hotel staff wearing the same shoes every day, remember?

What about one of the all-time favorites-in fact there's another round going on now-about the McDonalds in Europe debate. Alot of people here believe that if one travels to Europe, McDonalds is taboo.

I love the sarcasm in "I'm going to Hell in a few years and I hear it's real bad..."
I think my favorite is also "I Was Drunk the Day My Mom Got Out of Prison" and all the talk of the pickpocketing gypsies. I laughed until my stomach hurt.

I can't find any of my all time fave threads (tipping the pilot, drunk the day my mum, haggis in a tube etc....) I really hope they haven't been deleted as that would be a huge loss!

There was a thread about embarrassing moments and a story about a man who inadvertantly rented a whole city bus someplace in Eastern Europe, I think.

There was a thread this last year about a couple getting attacked by a mime in Amsterdam. It is deleted too now, but the replies were really funny.

Lately I was amused by the thread about gondolas tipping over in Venice.

Tipping the Pilot and Herb and Clara were my favorites, both very funny. I hope that with registration the humor does not dry up, but most likely will since anon posts will be difficult now.
I agree with Linda on the husband's chaffing, which came back to light last week and must have been deleted before I could print it. That had me laughing for an hour! (Does anyone have a copy?)

I also liked Belinda's comments in her advice for 1st time travelers, especially the one about turning Mr. xxx into Mr. Zzzzz.

I have some threads that I have saved for information, and some that were fun such as: Lucy's trip report; Are you ever going to get too old for travel; and I'm Too Sexy for Comfortable Clothes. I can send them to you privately I suppose.
