Alitalia Airlines??

Do you think it is safe to book on Alitalia for a trip to Rome or do you think it will go belly up in the next few months?

It is now controlled by Air France-KLM so it is safe.

It may be safe, but I wouldn't fly with them unless the savings was significant or it was the only option. Too unreliable and the service is very poor.

When I used them for Paris-Miami via Milan round trip for 319€, I felt that the fare was low enough to put up with anything!

I was with Alitalia in a trip to Europe. 2 times they lost my lugages and the third time they left Rome with 4 hours delay without any reasons and explications. Wery rude, inconsiderate and total indiferent personel. I will never fly Alitalia again, it is the worst airline
