I just book a car service through my hotel, that is pretty common there are most hotels have arrangements with a drive, it seems to me (at least probably 3* or higher ones). Rates are quite reasonable compared to many cities for that service. I think I paid around 25-30 euro, not sure.
BUt it really depends how much money you want to spend versus DIY stuff, that's all, only you can decide that. There is an Airport Express bus that goes to the mail rail station in Prague, however, and from there you could take a bus or metro to your hotel, depending where it is.

That only costs 3 euro.
There are regular buses also but that's more cmplicated to explain. And regular taxis, of course, I haven't taken one as they always had a real bad reputation for ripping people off, don't know if that's changed. I have taken a group shuttle van, also, which was fine but I think they don't have that service any more. You didn't have to reserve, just walked out to the curb, although there might be a short wait for it to fill up. I think such things exist but not walk-up walking at the curb any more.

I think the guys at https://www.petithotelprague.com offer such a service but I'm not sure. If they have a contracted driver maybe you could reach out and ask if there is anything that could be arranged?
