Airport to B&B in London

We are staying at
Jubilee B&B 31 Eccleston Square London - SW1VIRP
Anybody heard good or bad about this place. I found it off of the Venere.com site and it seemed like about 2 years ago it wasn't that great, but the threads as of the past two years sound better.

Don't know that specific property but know Eccleston Sq pretty well. Can't tell you about the hotel one way or the other but the location is great. Literaly a 1 minute walk from Victoria mainline station if you go out the side door towards Wilton Rd/Bridge street. If you exit out the front doors of Vic station it is a bit farther since you have to walk around to the side of the station - but stilll less than 5 mins.
If you end up at Vic Coach station - Eccleston Square is close by if you walk over the tracks vis elizabeth Street.
