Airfare to Amsterdam
Anyone know what the price range is for nonstop roundtrip tickets from New York to Amsterdam for next August? I saw them for $1400 on Delta and then 2 days later they went up to $1700. Hoping they will come back down.

Yes, definitely sign up with airfarewatchdog (they don't sell or pester you), for fare alerts via email on JFK-AMS, LGA-AMS, EWR-AMS. And keep an open mind about that "nonstop" - if you're willing to do a quick off-and-back-on in a place like Reykjavík, you could save a bundle.

If you are willing to consider flights that aren't non-stop, look into Norwegian, Wow Air or Icelandair for fares under $1,000. Google Flights has a fare alert as described above. You can set one up for nonstop flights and one for 1 stop flights to compare prices. Hopper and Faredetective can give you some insight into historical prices.
