I'm forwarding this from Fodors the other day:
Artlover - if you can come up to Vancouver to fly out, look into Zoom Airlines (flyzoom.com). They have direct Vancouver - Paris flights, with a stopover in Calgary, which from what I understand, is to drop off any Calgary-bound travellers, and pick up any Paris bound travellers from Calgary - so it shouldn't be too long of a stopover.

I just purchased a ticket from bt-store.com & was able to get a pretty good priced ticket leaving from Seattle to Stuttgart flying Delta. Their price was a couple hundred lower than most quoted. Also ended up buying a second ticket direct from Delta leaving from San Diego to Stuttgart. I am meeting up w/ my Mother. You really have to check around. Hope this helps. bt-store seemed to have some decent priced flights. Good luck!
