Though not 100% confirmed yet i was allowed at no fee to change my flight to the 14th to avoid a possible cancellation. Phone lines are getting busy so plan accordingly. They will not know til 24-48 hrs in advance if your flight is cancelled or not but you may be able to change it NOW.

If this extends to KLM, I'm gonna cry. I love that airline - their flight attendants actually seem to love their jobs.

Oh great. We are supposed to be flying them on the 20th, cannot go earlier, and are meeting others for a tour in Croatia on the 24th. Not sure where to go with this right now.

I called and several people assured me it seems unlikely this will involve international flights but there is no guarantee. I am also trying to figure out what to do.

it is affecting international flights as well.. believe me . rebook now to save headaches later. very difficult to find seats o other flights on other airlines as it is. it will take probably 2 hours on phone to rebook. be prepared and take what you can get. Some poeple at CDG were stranded for three days.
