Air France LAX to CDG
I am flying AF business class next month and, frankly, is concerned about their service/facilities based on what I have read on the WEB.
Would like to hear from those that took this flight.

Frankly, I think you are letting yourself in for an emotional roller coaster since you'll undoubtedly hear everything from every Air France flight is awful to every Air France flight is wonderful. Why folks who already have tickets for a flight put themselves through this I can never quite understand. If you DO end up suffering on this flight why start doing so this early?

I got "bumped up" to either Bus class or 1st class a couple years ago, on this same flight.
It was wonderful! Great food & service.
The Bradley terminal in LAX is a freakin' mess -- too many airlines, too small a space, understaffed, chaotic ... but once I actually boarded, everything was fine.
Relax!

We recently flew coach on Air France from LAX to CDG and back. The flights were fine - the flight attendants great. The only problem we had was that, on each trip, one of our TV monitors was not working. It's a long flight without any entertainment! Otherwise, no problem. (And this was our 4th trip on Air France)

Hi Ira,
No, we flew on an Airbus 340 with 2/4/2 seating, which we much preferred to the 3/4/3 seating we used to fly. At least we had the row to ourselves.
I'd suggest if you fly 3/3/3, be sure to request asile and center upon checking in. We made the mistake of not requesting that before, and got stuck with a lady on the aisle who slept the ENTIRE 8 hours. It made it more difficult to get up and down w/o bothering her.
