I am afraid I don't know any coach tour, but you could easily travel by public buses among these places, as the buses are very frequent, convenient and cheap with a daypass.
To St.Micheal's Mount, bus from Penzance takes 15 minutes to Marazion, then you could either walk along the casueway or take ferry to the island, depends on the tide. i took the ferry over, then sat by the tea room to watch the causeway surfacing from the sea- quite a sight.

thanks for that link.checked the timetable and see that the bus300 touches all i want.do you get off and then catch the next bus out.is it easy to find ure way around without a guide?sorry but am a novice in this area...
