I think you are doing well if you just do Paris & Rome! With 9 days you could stay in Paris and do a couple of day trips to the countryside.
Another thought is fly into Rome > Amsterdam for a couple of days > Paris for 7 and fly home from Paris.
I agree that in March Switzerland would likely be cold and maybe dreary.

i agree with Isabel that your plan should be driven by the best [ie cheapest] transport connections. if you can fly Venice to Paris on Easyjet for €50 each that's a bargain and you should snap it up.
There is loads to do in Venice which is not weather -dependent and even a trip to the islands can be fun in the fog, though the weather could just as easily be bright and sunny - it was for most of last week.

Flights might be cheapest, never looked at bus and not sure where to look. Car most expensive. Train will be either cheapest or cheaper.
Go to the Venice airport website, find who flies to Paris, then check the airlines's websites making a note of the name of the Paris airport as the airport might a further expensive journey into Paris.

Daud - I have already given you my estimate of what food and transport will cost you - you may do it for less but you are going to struggle unless you want a constant diet of pizza. I note that you have underestimated accommodation costs in Venice so be careful - you don't want to run out towards the end of the trip.
I looked at the trenitalia.it website and the best fare [in fact the only fare] I could find was €115 pp for the overnight THello train from venice to Paris. There are other options but without a lot of work, i couldn't find the cost. At the time you'll be there, there are Easyjet flights from Venice to CDG ranging from €22 pp to €112 pp depending on what date and at what time you want to travel. to those costs have to be added the cost of getting from central venice to the airport [€6 pp by bus] and from CDG to central Paris - about €12 pp if memory serves me right. So to the air fare you have to add another €18, compared with nothing to the train fare save for the normal transport costs within Venice and Paris, depending on where you are staying and whether you buy a vaporetto pass to not.
hope that helps. here's the link to the easy jet schedule and costs for that period:

I'm not sure it is even possible to find a hotel in Paris for a family of 4 for €62/night without staying far out of the center.
The cheapest Venere.com shows for those dates inside the perpherique (beltway) is $110/night (about €96) after you add in the taxes/fees.

Car rental for a family for some of your travel might be cheaper, I don't know. I would check prices on Autoeurope.com or Kemwel.com (both reputable companies.)
The less travel you do between places will help with your budget.
Why do you plan to visit Orleans for 5 days and Paris for only 2? There is so much to do in Paris that I would add more time there and skip Orleans. Save the money you were going to spend traveling to Orleans and put it towards your hotel budget.

Alternatively, if you've found some cheap accommodation in Orleans, stay there the entire time and do a day trip [or two] to Paris as your main interest doesn't seem to lie there. however you have to remember that this is going to have a cost too - as are any excursions that you plan to do from Orleans. Are you going to be hiring a car there?

If an apartment doesn't suit you then there could also be some decent hostels with family rooms and cooking facilities to help your budget. I think you can use a filtered search function on say, booking.com to find that type of lodging.

Guys'' I must thank you all first for helping me in such a great way. really appreciated. Thank you all so very much
Stay blessed.
Now the revised plan is
Rome 6 days (Accommodation confirmed)
Paris 2 nights ( Have to find accommodation in less than 200 $)
Orleans 5 nights Accommodation confirmed
Have to decide on Travel option for Rome to Paris.
My most important attraction in Paris is the Disney Land as i had promised my 5 years old daughter to have her birthday there.
Also any idea how much is Orlean from Paris on Bus /Train?
DO i need to hire a car to explore Orlean and surrounding or some better and cheap public transport or by foot option is available and viable??

Daud--Ran across this the other day. Says you can get a boat to transport you from Blois Chateau to others in the same area, and if you book the boat, you get discounts at the Chateaux. As the chateaux are main things to see in the Loire area, this would save you from having to get a car.
While I don't know for sure, I would be very surprised if there weren't a train or at least a bus from Orleans to Blois, as they are quite close.

I'd also recommend that you take a train to Amboise and tour the Chateau and the Clos Luce'--Leonardo da Vinci's home. There's a park and playground behind the Clos Luce'. That would be a great day trip from Orleans. The day we did this, there were a lot of children and they all seemed to be having a good time.

Daud - if you go to the SNCF website [french train company] you will find that for the dates that you may want to travel, the tickets cost very little, if you buy them now. Here's the UK link - i couldn't get through to the french one, perhaps you will have more success.

also you should buy the Disney tickets in advance as you know the date you will be there. you can probably get tickets that include the train fare.

Just want you to be aware that the tickets for ONE day at Disney for 4 people will be almost $400 US - kids area few dollars cheaper each. This is WAY more than you are planning on paying for a hotel.
I really hope you are being realistic about your budget.
