Hi Progol,
Thank you! It took me years and years of practice. I am still learning.
Hi LCBoniti,
I see, well then I will see you when I have learned and perfected the most unique pastry
Hi Indogirl1,
I saw your add on Instagram! Thank you
And yes, Paris is the main main destination, there are too many things to try there!
I will be catering first when I return and will be hosting events or giving away samples of the unique pastries, be sure to ring me up then!

Hi Dai,
Search "Rupoli, Pesaro and Urbino, Italy" on maps and it'll be there.
I'm not yet used to addresses/street names and region names in Italy. Map shows Via Rupoli but the sign outside of my place showed "Rupoli" only.

Thank you. You had spelled it with a "g" instead of a "p". When I looked at "Via Rupoli", it does look like a street. I thought you were in a village, but looking at the map, I don't think you are. I'm guessing but it looks like it is a small neighborhood next to another neighborhood called Montebello. It'll be interesting to find out how you came to rest in the middle of a little farm area (or so it would appear to me). I'll be following along...

Trip Report Update:
It was hard to believe that a week ago my life was a monotony, a litany of sameness, of despair, of relentless calls and frustratingly purposeless situations. In three days I'd met all kinds of new and interesting people, got lost (and found) wandering the charming streets of Copenhagen, tasted this and did that and saw etc., and now I was heading to Milan. I don't even know if I can separate three days of work out of the 900 days I worked at my last company. Each day seems to just be a ruthless repetition of every former day.....yet here in Europe I have three days that I'll never forget....I'm slightly overwhelmed with what possibilities are in store for the next 87 days I have left on my Visa!

Hello Dai,
Sorry! I had to borrow the host of the cabin I was staying in's ipad to use internet (no wifi was available and my phone ran out of minutes right then!) and didn't realize I kept typing the name of the place incorrectly! I'm behind on my trip report but soon, soon.
