Sorry, I should have corrected myself, I am actually a little outside of Fano, in Rugoli. Fano is not remote, Rugoli is more remote.

Yes, I made all of them. Some of the later pictures look pretty crappy... that was when I still had a really shitty camera and no picture taking skills!

I am a baker.
I've come to Europe to taste and find the best and unique pastry that isn't in the US yet and will try to replicate the recipe and bring it back to California (or wherever I end up in) and sell it there.
