Valtor -- Thanks so much for sharing all this helpful information. We are thinking about doing a very similar trip, so your trip report was just what I needed.
One question: Did you feel that the 4 days in La Valletta was enough or did you wish you had more time on Malta?

Yes Ann, movie! It is done based on the book of Lampedusa. With Alain Delon, Claudia Cardinale (director Visconti).

Magster, for us 4 days was enough. This, because we arrived in Malta from Sicily, at the end of our vacation. In general, we do not like vacations longer than 3 weeks. This because we feel that we can not accumulate more info and enjoy more beautiful things, as our head and heart are already full with the new impressions!
