A day excursion--Naxos to Paros and back

Will be on Naxos 8 days and had a thought to do a day trip to Paros so looked at ferries

Blue Star appears the cheapest at €28 return and a morning ferry arriving 10 .30

Return would be 22.00

What could say apart from lunch and dinner on Paros a traveler do in that time

Would it be worth the almost $45 Australian to spend for it ---and I would if it was a good
days adventure

Any thoughts or opinions please

Have you obtained a guidebook yet, or bookmarked a paros website, or would you rather have an hour-by-hour itinerary provided here?

Yes, but a guidebook will provide answers to questions that even you haven't thought to ask. WELL worth the investment, IMO.

You can also go to the tripadvisor website, find the Paros forum and click on "Things to Do" in the green strip at the top of the page.

I can do all the suggestions but gee all I hoped for was some real contact with travelers

Maybe thats a lost art --to have a real chat on line

Paros- head to Naoussa for lunch by the water. Octopus is plentiful there. Rent a car and drive up in tne mts to Lefkes. See the quarries for Parian marble. See The Church of a 100 Doors in Parikia
Go to Antiparos.
Spend the day at a beautiful beaxh. So much to see and do.
