8 Days in Spain - Madrid & Barcelona
Hi all,
Would really appreciate some help! Will be headed to Madrid & Barcelona this September with my aunt and uncle (they're in their 60's and I'm in my mid-20's). We'll be staying 3 nights each in each place, wondering if there are any recommendations for Flamenco performance, food places, not too expensive accommodation? Also, should we fly to Barca from Madrid or train? Thanks

For Madrid, I recommend the Hostal Acapulco near the Puerta del Sol. Their website is under construction but you can email them for information. at [email protected]

Stayed in a most comfortably-furnished 3-bedroom apt. in the Eixample area last June. It was minutes away from the Sagrada Familia, shops and restaurants. Check out VRBO.com as Barcelona apartments are available from upwards of 80 Euros/night.
