5 day Family Hike
My wife and I are looking at taking our oldest child (9 years) on a 5 day hike in late may and early June. We've done the Cumbria in the Lake District (UK) and 100 miles on the Via Alpina (Switzerland). This will be our son's first multi-day hike so we're looking for something that....
1.) has good weather (don't want to mess with much snow)
2.) where we can stay in B&B's
3.) is doable for a 9 year old who love to hike (We're all very fit and healthy).
Location in Europe doesn't really matter. Where fairly open and flexible.
Any suggestions?
thanks!

In England and Wales there are a number of nationals trails that would be suitable e.g. Hadrian's Wall Path http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/hadrians-wall-path
For more trails, have a look here http://www.nationaltrail.co.uk/the-trails
In Spain you might consider the last 100km of the Camino de Santiago from Sarria to Santiago

There are plenty of long distance paths in the Netherlands too.

Or maybe try a section of the North Sea trail www.northseatrail.org

As you are asking for info beyond the UK, I would suggest looking at the west coast of Ireland - The Wild Atlantic Way..

I know OP hasn't been back for a while but this article in the Guardian today, and the others lined to below it, may be of interest to OP and other walkers.
