Cruise critic is your friend - ports section.
Some words of wisdom posted here long ago, usually it can be economical OR efficient, but rarely both. A taxi would be efficient - not sure the most economical way.

Hoyas:
Are you referring to the main cruises port? The one adjacent to Piazzale Roma?
Easy, efficient and cheap, take the bus from the airport to Piazzale Roma.
From Piazzale Roma, you MUST take the People Mover that in three or four minutes takes you tocthe cruises..
Enjoy!

San Basilio is the one on the Giudecca Channel side. Depending on where the #29 is located, they are between S. Marta and S. Basilio stops. It is a trek from either Vaporetto stop.
Most economical: land bus to Piazzale Roma 8EU then Vaporetto 7.50EU then a lot of walking.
Most efficient: land taxi to the cruise dock. I think it is about 50EU.
