I have to disagree. While in Rome the ONLY things that did interest me were the museums, churches and photography. All of my friends that are also in their 20s that have been to Europe are also the same way...The main thing we are looking for on this trip (our honeymoon) is photography. Me nor my fiance ski...so we could honestly care less about how well the slopes are or anything like that...we mainly just want to be able to do some snowy landscape photography. If museums, churches and photography are for the "older more mature" traveller what exactly is left for the younger traveller other than bar hopping and smoking pot in Amsterdam.
afterall:
When travelling I usually stay in an apartment and find this to be a great way to save money.

To be honest with you I had never even had Estonia cross my mind...but I'm glad you mentioned it. It is absolutely amazing there! I can't wait for my fiance to come home to show him the websites on it!
Nikki:
Several of my friends go home to Greece every couple years and they have always said....I can't believe how expensive everything is there...ect ect... then again everyone told me the same thing about Rome and I was able to do Rome for very very cheap.
Thanks to everyone for your suggestions...ya'll are giving me some really great ideas...even if I don't go to the one you suggested at least I am learning about a new country for later while I research.
