1 week, two cities, cheap shuttle flights!

I plan to go to Europe in March and would like to hit two cities with a cheap flight between them. The cities I have in mind are Paris, Berlin, Munich, Prague, Vienna, Budapest. Any suggestions as to which 2 would be the simplest combination?

Paris - Berlin - very easy with EasyJet
Any combination of Prague, Vienna, and Budapest - quite easy with train.
Any other combination - probably most would work. Try www.whichbudget.com and www.skyscanner.net .

I flew Paris - Prague on my last trip to Europe and there were several cheap flight options. (I think we took SmartWings iirc, but there were other choices also.) I'm guessing you could find cheap flights between almost any two of those city combinations.

Some of these also work by train - Vienna and Budapest would be better by train. See bahn.de for schedules.

We are flying from London to Prague, Budapest to Berlin and Berlin to Paris with Easyjet for approximately $150 per person.
