If you don't want to dress for dinner, NCL.
If you are not particular about service, NCL.
If you want to have many dining options (with the good ones at an extra charge), NCL.
If you are ok with a small and very basic cabin, NCL.
I have been on both ships and would absolutely choose the Caribbean Princess. She is too big for my personal taste but she is very pretty, well maintained, has an adult pool, is quite elegant and the atmosphere more upscale.
I am not a fan of NCL's Freestyle.

As KFusto indicates, the choice of cruise line goes way beyong price. The ports are also important. What do you want to do while ashore? Are you active or do beaches dominate your dreams? Do you want to learn? Is shopping high or low on your list?
