Which Cruise Line for Teens?
We are taking our high school seniors on a Caribbean cruise during spring break (I know....bad choice but we are willing to deal with the crowds). I've done Carnival, Royal Caribbean and NCL. Any firm recommendations? Any new ships out there?

Linda, have you done any of the Voyager Class ships (RCI) with your kids? You cannot beat the activities and amenities. We have sailed the Voyager, Navigator and Mariner and have enjoyed all of them, particularly the Mariner.

Also, I would absolutely forget about Carnival. They're notorious for the party animals all the time, but especially spring break. Not a real good impression for the teens.
Please pick RCI or NCL!

For your own interests please be careful with what the cruise lines label as a "student group". They are very difficult to book, in fact thay will no longer except them. If you manage to fool the lines about the students ages you will most likley be denied boarding at the pier, without any refund.
You may not believe me, so why not call Carnival and ask them if you have say 40 or 50 seniors age 17 & 18, sailing withour their parents will they accept the group.
The only way that you can be safe is to go through a company in Florida that does all of the student group bookings for the cruise lines. You will find that space during the peak school break times is hard to get. There is a limit of only 200 students on mosy sailings.

When we booked our cruise for family - 2 teens (14 and 18) the cruise line even made us list one adult plus one kid per cabin - even for the 18 year old. This was NCL - I agree with posters that say cruiselines may not even do teen groups anymore.
