That's why I always advocate natural and organic cures! No checmicals, just all natural ingredients. People have been using gingers as motion sickness cures for years.

Coffee, and lots of coffee, with lots and lots of sugar.
Caffine has proven to be an effective performance enhancing drug not on the banned list, and of course, sugar gave you the extra burst of energy ... you just have to know when to take them.
