The staff that I dealt with on board (with Princess on the last trip) was quite helpful, friendly, and quite knowledgable.

We have dealt with her with a lot of questions over the course of the 7 days and she has not failed us once. The answer to our final question probably sums it up best.

We were trying to make transportation arrangement to the airport from the ship. The young lady probably should not have said it but she told me to make my own arrangement for transportation from the cruise ship to the airport as it will be much cheaper. She tole me that cruise line charges $15 a head and will handle all bags but the cab fare will be about $12.

The cab fare was $9.50 plus tip comes to $12, instead of $30 for the two of us. She is totally honest about it without admiting that the cruise line is over-charging. She did point out that for the extra money, the ship will get our bags to the airport, check it in for us etc. For me, I like to know where my bags are.
