The m/v Monet looks like a nice cruise of the Croatia coast. Take a look at the website - www.croatia-istria.com/cruises. Intrav uses this ship for it's cruises but you can book yourself.

M.Y. Monet is a Croatian owned ship .Go to www.elegantcruises.com to see more about Monet and sister ship Andrea. The ship and its Croatian crew were wonderful.

Try this - http://jauntee.com/specials_luxury_d...ast_arion.html
We went on it in May and it was great. The ship was small (300 passengers - 280 French, but they were quite nice) and went to all of those ports you mentioned, plus Kotor, Montenegro - a must see.
They also had excellent day excursions to Rovinj, Mostar, Plitvice Lakes, and a few others. The translation to English was sometimes shoddy b/c of so many French, but you may try and book when more English speakers are on board.
The ship was adequate, the food quite good, and the entertainment lacking, but the overall experience is recommended. You only need the boat for sleeping and eating (though local eating is recommended).
