The ships are essentially identical. Fascination is a little bit newer, but I doubt that makes much difference.
Personally, I really like the Fantasy-class ships--big enough, but not too big.
There are so few suites/balconies on these ships that you really pay a premium for a higher-end cabin--not sure it's worth the difference in price on such a short cruise when you won;t be spending that much time in your cabin. A plain ol' outside cabin will probably save you at least 50%...
