I've never been, but I would check out Maho Beach on St. Maarten.

Can't help you with Bermuda - someday we will go there.
In St. Maartin we take the local bus(was$1.25@)to Marginot, the French capitol, which was $6@ by cab. They also take us to various beaches. We like just sitting on the bus seeing the local scenery and many natives use the bus too. But they do not go to Orient Beach which is the nude beach on the other side of the isalnd. You must take a cab there and there is one side of the beach they take you to that has few nudes. If you want to go nude tell the cabbie that.
There are many things to do in St. Thomas. They have a skyride to the top of a mountain overlooking the harbor. If you are in Havensight you will see it going up the mountain on the right. Ths ship will have this as a tour but its is cheaper if you do it yourself. Havensight is shop after shop after shop. But there is an information building where you can learn a lot about St. Thomas and what do do there. You can also take a ferry to St. Johns here.
In San Juan I would go to El Moro. This is the huge fort you pass as you come into San Juan. It was built around the 1500's or early 1600's and is fasinating to wannder through. You can take a free bus on the left stree corner across from the porch. You can get to El Moro on one of the two free buses. You get on and off when ever you want. The other bus takes you into town.
If you have never snorkeled you must do this in one or all ports! You can see 100-200 feet underwater! And the fish and coral are beautiful. Becareful or you'll get hooked like we were!
Do go to cruisecritic.com and check out the info on ALL the ports! You can also check thire boards and then Roll Call and emai others who will be on the same cruise you'll be on.is a most comprehensive cruise site!!!!!

In St. Maarten, we rented a motorbike (a short walk from the ship) and took a tour of the island, stopping at museums in Phillipsburg and Marigot, and some beach time at Orient (it wasn't nude where we were). Great day.
In St. Thomas, once we took a cab to Coral World, spent half a day there, then some beach time at Coki Beach (right next door), then a cab back to Charlotte Amalie for a self-guided walkinng tour I compiled from several guidebooks.
Another time, we took the ferry to St. John, took a jitney tour of the island, and ended at Trunk Bay to snorkel the underwater nature trail.
In San Juan, I agree with the recommendation to see El Morro. We also did another self-guided historical walking tour, stopping at galleries, churches, and museums.
