Does anyone have recommendations for which shore excursions to AVOID? We would definitely like to go snorkeling and have all of our own equipment, so we don't need any rentals.

Has anyone done the sail and exotic swim excursion? If so, was it worth the time/cost?

Are there any tourist traps or sights to avoid?

Are there any current warnings (for foreigners visiting Bermuda at this time) of which we should be aware?

Any information that could be shared with me would be most appreciated!

If they have an excursion doing Harrison's Cave- do it! It is TERRIFIC!!

One thing about Bermuda...there are no tourist traps.. By buying a three day bus/ferry pass you can get to places by yourself..The Helmet Dives are very popular and of course everybody has to go to the Swizzle Inn..EVERYBODY..LOL

I agree with ParrotMom. Buy your 3 day bus pass and get out and GO. You can see every part of Bermuda as it is small and the buses go all over. I really enjoy just riding and looking. That's a good way to see places that you would like to go back to, and spend some time. You can go from St Georges, through Hamilton, and on out to the Royal Dockyards in a day, easily. And that allows time to stop and look! I have yet to buy a ship's tour, or any tour for that matter, in Bemuda. The bus pass is all you need (IMHO).

In addition to all of these other wonderful posts I do not think that Bermuda has ever had a travel notice or warning for US citizens...In my opinion Bermuda is the greatest place to go...
