A practical joke (as told on Cruise Critic) :D
I usually bring aboard several brand new USA Todays which are usually available in the Hotel before our cruise.
I sit in a very highly visible place in the buffet at breakfast and on deck all week long and leave it open to the first page.
Folks believe it is the current issue and ask where I got it. Told them to go to the purser's desk.
Never saw most of them again except a lady on Carnival who came back and called me an a$$
le.

I'd feel better about it being funny if you had bought all the papers as most hotels assume clients will take only one, not steal all that are available. That's like emptying the candy dish that is also on the counter into your brief case!

No, my name is Faina
And Clara doesn't play practical jokes. She's rather harmless, only talks about her family, doesn't comment on other posts, takes hurtful replies to her posts easy, I would love to meet her in person.
She sort of lets the steam out here on Fodor's to take better care of her family in real life.
